Getting straight to the AIM Online Home Page

You can get straight back to the AIM Online Home Page (the one with the links to other pages) by clicking on the 'go home' text at the bottom of each page (except the Home Page itself).

Text

Most text on the AIM web site is meant for reading only. However, there is a small amount of text which can be clicked on with the mouse to go to another page. This text will be blue and underlined. You clicked on this type of text to reach this page. Any other text on the AIM web site CAN NOT be clicked on.

Graphics

With the exception of the AIM Online logo ALL graphics on the AIM web site can be clicked on to go to another page. There should also be some text, that can be clicked on, next to the image.

Downloading

On AIM Online you will find links to allow you to download resources. These will either be a text-only copy of what is on screen (testimony, bible study etc.) or a test or presentation that can be run on your machine.

When you choose to download a presentation or test you can left-click on the link (that is, click on the link with the left mouse button) and you will be asked what you want to do with the file. The file you download needs to be run on your machine so that it will install the test or presentation and allow you to run it.

When you choose to download the text-only version of a document (useful for editing or loading into a word processor) you must RIGHT-CLICK on the link (that is, click on the link with the RIGHT mouse button). A small menu should appear. Somewhere on this menu you will find an option such as 'Save link...' or 'Save target...'. This is the option to select. You must then tell the computer where you want to save the file to.
